Mark H. Deschinny's traditional making of weaving tools continues from generations of Navajo tool makers and weavers. All tools are individually hand-cut, hand-sanded, finely finished and protected with Danish oil, polished with a paste wax for a superb feel, and guaranteed no splinters or rough spots. Mark creates with locally harvested Navajo woods such as Shrub Oak, Holly and Juniper, but primarily with Cherry Oak, Walnut and Hickory.
