Payment(s) must be received in full when the order is submitted. We do not accept cashier’s checks, money orders, or checks. We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.
All qualified orders will be shipped by USPS First Class and not UPS . Items that are on sale cannot not combined other non-sale items to receive Free shipping.
RETURN ITEM POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return item for an in-store credit.
(Electronics**, funeral/ceremonial items, raw materials and clearance items are excluded.)
Returned products must be in a sellable condition and in the original packaging, including tags and receipts.
STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS
- If returned within 30 days of purchase, 100 percent store credit.
- If returned within 31 to 60 days of purchase, 90 percent store credit.
- If returned within 61 to 90 days of purchase, 80 percent store credit.
- No returns and exchanges will be accepted after 90 days of purchase.
If returning items within specified timelines with no receipt, you may exchange product if proof of purchase can be verified. If unverified, Navajo Arts & Crafts Enterprise reserves the right to decline return.
In-store credits are provided via gift card. Please note that gift cards will not be accepted for accounts receivable payments and lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

All orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS. Shipping fees are nonrefundable under any circumstance.
Orders might be shipped in separate shipments. (Navajo Arts and Crafts will not charge the customer for extra shipments.) During the holidays, order(s) will be shipped on the next business day.
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped via USPS or UPS unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
