SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped by UPSP or UPS. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Orders may be shipped in separate shipments. Navajo Arts and Crafts Enterprise will not charge the customer for extra shipments. During the holidays, order(s) will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to Navajo Arts and Crafts Enterprise & we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacements/repaired products are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless a rush is requested. Shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are completely satisfied with your purchase, return item for an in-store credit..

(Electronics*, Funderal/Ceremonial items, Raw Materials & Clearance items are excluded.)

Returned item(s) must be in sellable condition in the original packaging, tags intact & with original receipt.


STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS

Returned within 30 days of purchase = 100% Store Credit

Returned within 31 to 60 days of purchase = 90% Store Credit

Returned within 61 to 90 days of purchase = 80% Store Credit

No returns/exchanges wil be accepted after 90 days of purchase.

If returning item(s) within specified timelines with no receipt, you may exchange item(s) if proof of purchase can be verified. If unverified, Navajo Arts and Crafts Enterprise reserves the right to decline return.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality & craftsmanship of our products. The jewelry warranty provides you with the following assurances:

  • 30 day refund or exchange privilege
  • If your merchandise becomes damaged, as a result of manufacturer defect, Navajo Arts and Crafts Enterprise will repair or replace the item, at our discretion without chargefor up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted via email or phone, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise less shipping.
